    It's always good to be aware of what you've achieved and the differences you're making, but that's just a small piece of what real inner confidence is about.

    I always think of it as being able to choose your behaviour based on what's most important to you, with complete trust in that behaviour. That's not the same thing as having complete trust in the outcome or results - it means that you trust yourself to deal with whatever happens.

    That only comes from knowing yourself well and engaging with what matters to you. That's real confidence.
