The background of the video is plain, but the text effects are fun to watch and the music beautiful. I found myself enjoying the calming music. It is similar to what I choose to listen to as I write. I find that such music inspires while it releases stress.
The messages in the text are uplifting and uncannily memorable. I am not sure if the text effects are the reason for this or if it is just the messages themselves.
