Subconscious Mind Power Techniques
The castle ruins in the background are intriguing. It makes one think of far off places and times in which there is peace. The music is forward moving and kept my thoughts going without having to expend much effort to stay on task. The simple text was easy to read and informative while being positive at the same time.
I am finding that the more videos about positive affirmations I watch, the more I want to incorporate affirmations into my life. The power of positive affirmations is phenomenal when you think of how the suggestions take form into action.

This video was not entertaining for the most part. I did enjoy it, but felt that it was not one that would hold my interest enough to watch it multiple times.

The video teaches more on using affirmations in daily life and the expected outcome from doing so. While it had a lesson, the video did not present it in the best possible manner.
