I allow my rejuvenated mind to orchestrate direction, timing, motivation, and action.
I am a skilled conductor. With a knowledgeable hand and a clear focus, I coordinate the direction, timing, motivation, and actions of how I live. My movements gracefully steer me toward my goals. I am an active participant in my life.
Since I know that my life is guided by my own decisions, I am thoughtful. I take time to contemplate my choices and I carefully consider the best way to live my life.
Thinking about how I can achieve rewarding relationships keeps me mindful of the choices I make. I am able to create plans that help me accomplish my personal and professional goals.
Because I strive to create a careful plan for my life, I may feel worn down. This is a natural feeling. Being exhausted does not mean that I have failed. I realize my mind needs a rest and that I should take time to relax.
Regular breaks are necessary to give me the opportunity to rejuvenate my mind and body. I can approach my goals with renewed vigor. Taking time to rest allows me to continue striving for success with a refreshed attitude.
I am responsible for orchestrating my life. It is my desire to have my thoughts and actions work in unison. I determine my desires, fuel my motivation, select my direction, and motivate myself into action.
Having the power to conduct my own life in the way I see fit is a great gift and a tremendous responsibility, and my rejuvenated mind is up to the challenge.
Self-Reflection Questions:
- Am I doing a good job orchestrating my life?
- How could I more effectively manage the direction, timing, motivation, or actions in my life?
- Have I allowed my body and mind to rest so that I can approach my live with a rejuvenated energy?
