Affirmation comes from the Latin word firmare, which means "to make firm" while afformation comes from formare which means "to form." As Noah comments, "What if you are making firm something but in the wrong form?"

Although the speaker asks an excellent question, this video does not show exactly how to form what a person is envisioning for himself in his mind.
