Repairing Your Scratched CD’s and DVD’s Video

by Rachel Johnson on April 17th, 2009

This video features a repair opportunity that we should all know about. If you use computer discs, DVDs or Cd’s you have invariably scratched one at some point.  Small scratches often don’t matter but the deep ones do.  The result is that the disc will not play properly, if at all.

This video features a way that we can all repair our discs today for the cost of a tube of toothpaste!  The video walks the viewer through how to repair their discs in less than ten minutes!  This will restore all of those scratched discs to new so you can begin to use them again!

Key Points from this Video:

  • Everyone has scratched Cd’s.
  • Toothpaste can repair the disc.
  • All you need is toothpaste and running water.
  • Smearing toothpaste all over the disc for five minutes.
  • Rinse the toothpaste off the disc after five minutes and it’ll work!
