How You Can Fight Hair Loss Video

by Rachel Johnson on April 8th, 2009

This is a video all about how you can fight against hair loss.  Hair loss affects a great many people from all walks of life, all cultures, and of all ages.  Luckily there are some things that you can do to slow down or stop the hair loss process.  The first thing you can do is start to eat better.  A balanced diet will help you be healthier overall.  In fact, it is estimated that 20% of those who are balding are doing so because they have a poor diet.  You should also take a multi-vitamin.  Another good option is to use a high quality or all natural shampoo.  The reason is that there are chemicals in a lot of shampoos that actually strip the hair, damaging it, causing thinning and eventually balding.

This video is all text and images but does give some very good information about how you can possibly slow or stop the balding or thinning process right now.  It’s never too late to try these techniques and see if you can see an improvement.

Key Points from this Video:

  • Improve your diet to fight hair loss.
  • Massage your scalp to promote hair growth.
  • Use quality shampoo to wash your hair.
  • Fight high levels of DHT in your body.
  • Take a multivitamin.
