Thanks for this great info. Peppermint is one of our favorite essential oils. It has worked really well for us with upset stomachs. Another great thing we have found is it works really well with headaches also.
Good info! I agree with Joe that peppermint is also good for headaches, and especially migraines. I have also used lavender (my favorite) for treating sunburns.
