Simple Back Pain Relief Methods Video

In this video the host and doctor talks about how prevalent back pain is among adults and how you can help reduce your back pain on your own, safely and effectively.  One way to reduce back pain is to stimulate your adrenal glands.  Your adrenal glads sit atop of your kidneys and if they are not functioning properly you will be more likely to suffer from back pain.  To stimulate your adrenal glands you can increase your salt intake and then perform the simple technique demonstrated in the video.
