While you think you are doing your body a favor by choosing this way, you may actually be doing more damage. The reason is that through the process of taking the caffeine out of the product chemicals are added, and putting chemicals into your body is almost never a good option.
Dr. Erika talks about how you can still get the drinks that you want, but going about it in the most healthy way possible. Caffeine consumption should be limited, but in the opinion of Dr. Erika you are better off choosing the caffeine product rather than the decaf.
