The Problem with Splenda Video

by Rachel Johnson on January 30th, 2009

It seems everywhere we turn today we see a new product with Splenda in it.  This has been a popular product because it gives the taste of sugar without all of the calories generally associated with sugar.  The problem is that Splenda has no nutritional value and is not good for your body.

Dr. Erika discusses how because the product cannot be broken down properly by the liver, it actually becomes toxic to the liver and the rest of the body.  This can leave you feeling ill and just not yourself.  Dr. Erika urges her viewers to discontinue their use of this product and asserts that when they do this they will begin to feel a lot better both physically and mentally.

Key Points from this Video:

  • Splenda is not good for you.
  • Artificial sweeteners do not have any nutritional value.
  • Splenda is toxic to your liver.
  • You should not use artificial sweeteners.
  • You’ll feel better if you stop using Splenda.
