In this video Dr. Erika discusses what she sees as several problems with the flu shot. In her estimation, the flu shot may not be worth getting for the majority of people because there is a history of the injection not containing the strains of the flu that people actually get.

Dr. Erika discusses the importance of really understanding the flu shot if you are going to get it.  The reason is because you may actually become ill from it, lower your immunity while you are ill, and still not be protected from the most prevalent strains of the flu.  Talk to your doctor about the flu shot and its risks and benefits.
