Vitamins and Foods that Help Fight Hair Loss

This is a video that gives some very good information on how you can fight hair loss.  Many people think they have to take a medication or use a special shampoo to stop the balding process, but this isn’t true.  You can simply get some of the right vitamins and you may see an improvement.

Luckily, a lot of these vitamins are in the foods that you may already be eating or like to eat.  You want to get vitamins A, B, C, and D to help stop the loss of hair.  You can simply eat foods like steak, carrots, sunflower seeds, almonds, strawberries, oranges, and even clams.  Some truly great information is in this video!
