She has created a set of meditative affirmations with a backdrop of soft music and the image of the cover of her book to give a positive and inspirational outlook to those who are willing to use the affirmations.

I find Louise Hay’s affirmations hit home more than most because of her obvious struggles. I relate closely with her videos because of this. I also find her affirmations comforting and completely believable. I don’t have to try to make myself believe them.
