This video is more of a movie and very captivating. The music in the background reminds me of watching a television show. The animated and passionate way Louise Hay speaks of affirmations and the addition of several others really cause this video to make a mark in my thoughts.

There is an abundance of energy and the format this is done in drew me to watch it many times simply because I was able to connect to much of what was being said and related to the validity of those statements.
