This video is a meditation session that allows the listener to visualize a deeper calm. The voice is soothing and steady with a soft hint of flute music in the background. I found this particularly appealing as I have an affinity for the flute. I feel that it is one of the most spiritually beautiful musical instruments known to man!

I found the meditation methods effective. I think this meditation video is one that even a beginner could follow easily. The image used was beautiful and had a way of transporting me into it for a few minutes.

I enjoy meditating and find that it helps me find peace in my life. The soft flutes intensified this effect and I think that anyone, new to meditation or not, will find the tone and the music along with the image very relaxing.

What I like so much about this video is that it walks through the meditation in a way that someone who’s never done meditation could follow and benefit from it. The positive affirmations are within the message of the instructions and during meditation.
