This book is a delight for anyone who is looking for alternatives to conventional retirement or unfulfilling occupations.  The book features 13 different chapters, and each of them illustrates for the reader its own lesson.  The lessons are taken directly from the authors ROAR workshops, which are a part of a virtual community that is all about occupational and retirement alternatives.

The lessons really are motivational in the way that they work and their purpose is to help people discover what they are passionate about or perhaps rediscover their passions.  In addition, the reader is encouraged to take this newfound passion and their gifts into the next stage of their life with employment or a retirement plan that they can feel completely satisfied by.  This is a very timely message for a lot of people and will remain relevant long into the future.
